The mean survival time for all patients was 38.9±4.3 months based on the Kaplan-Meier analysis. The survival rates were 78.8%, 66.8%, 50.9% and 19.5% at 1, 2, 3, and 4 years, respectively. No significant difference was observed in the survival rates between the two PD groups (log rank: 0.609) (Figures 1A and 1B).
